REGULATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A) RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Domestic bus tour: As our final confirmation is based on your payment, full payment is
recommended at time of reservations. If you wish to make a deposit , a min of $50.00 per person
is required. And full payment will be due 7 days prior to departure or reservations will be
cancelled and there will be no refund on your deposit.
Outbound air tours: A deposit of $300.00 is required at the time when reservation is made.
Balance is due 35 days prior to departure or booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund
on your deposit .
Domestic Bus tours: No penalty will be applied if booking is cancelled 72 hours prior to departure.
Conditions: Non – changeable, Non – refundable within 48 hours or tour departure.
Outbound air tours:
Booking cancelled 35 days prior to departure , the penalty is $50.00 per person.
Booking cancelled 24 days prior to departure , the penalty is $200.00 plus cancellation charges
on hotel and air ticket.
Booking cancelled within 24 days of tour departure date. The penalty is $200.00 plus all Hotel and
air ticket charges.
B) FARES INCLUDE:

Air ticket: East Coast, Canada and Europe tours include round trip ticket from Los Angeles to
Destinations.
Hotels: All full adult fares are based on double occupancy .
Meals: Only if specified in the itinerary *(B –L – D). Otherwise no meals are included .
Admission ticket: Only if specified in the itinerary e. g. Universal Studios , Disneyland , Sea World
And admission to all national parks. Etc …
All other fees are the responsibility of the Client.

C) FARES DO NOT INCLUDE:

All personal expenses such as phone bills, laundries, etc...
Optional tours.
Extra costs for extension stays, IE: Hotel , airport transfer, land travel etc…
Tour guide and driver’s tips
Airport tax and Visa fee
D) INSURANCE:

All our Buses are insured for 5 millions dollars.
REVISION FEES:
A handling fee of $30.00 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a
reservation.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed on tour buses
SHOPPING:
The operator is more than happy to assist you with shopping needs, but is not responsible for
goods price and quality. Please retain receipt for future after – sales correspondence purpose.

BAGGAGE:
Due to limited bus capacity, one bag and one "carry on" are suggested to be carried. Please refer
to individual airlines for dimensions and weight regulation. No responsibility is accepted by
GogoTour for loss of, or damages to baggage or any of the passengers belongings. Baggage
insurance is recommended.

NUMBER OF PASSENGERS OF TOUR GROUP:
A tour group will be activated with a minimum of ten passengers. The operator will notify all
participants of any change of departure date or refund tour fare without interest 14 (fourteen)
days prior to departure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to weather , political or other acts of Gods.
We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone who may hinder the progress of a tour .
No refund will be made to anyone who does not show up for the tour or discontinue the trip for
any reason.
